How Self-Serve Signup Works
Below are the steps for self-service sign-up. This is the easiest way to get started, but if you prefer, you can also sign up over the phone or in person.
Choose Your Plan & Register
Select the plan that best suits your needs. Enter your details and complete the checkout process using our secure online payment system. You’ll receive your invoice automatically, and your subscription will become active right away.
Step 2: Sign Package Point Activation
Shortly after signup, we’ll send you a Package Point Activation agreement to sign electronically. Just a heads-up: this part isn’t automated, so it’s a manual process on our end, we’ll get it to you as soon as we can, but there might be a short delay while we prepare and send your documents.
Start Using Your Address
Once your account is active, you’re ready to start using your Package Point address. Make sure to use the address format included in your Package Point activation details: your name, your Package Point account number (which starts with a “P”), and our address. This ensures your packages are processed quickly and accurately.
Get Notified & Pick Up
We’ll add your details to our notification system. As soon as your package arrives, you’ll receive an electronic notification. Come in with your QR code for quick pickup, or share your personal QR code with someone else to pick up on your behalf.
