Package Point is an independent mail and package receiving location in Grande Prairie, offering secure pickup, mailbox rentals, and virtual mail solutions for individuals and businesses.

Unlike traditional P.O. boxes or mailbox rentals, we don’t use physical mailboxes. Instead, all your packages and letter mail are securely held for you, with real-time notifications and flexible pickup options.

We are conveniently located in downtown Grande Prairie, just north of the Tim Hortons, next to Custom Cellular on 103 Avenue.

Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm 

Saturday 10 am to 2 pm


We are closed all statutory holidays as well as Saturdays when Friday or Monday is a holiday.

Getting Started

Here are some common questions about our company.

You can sign up online in just a few minutes, or visit us in person. We’ll need your ID to activate your account.  

Point Plans

Carriers require us to have verified customers. Signing up ensures your deliveries are properly labeled and released only to you.

No long-term contracts. You choose the plan that works best for you, and you can upgrade or change it anytime.

We have plans ranging from pay-per-pickup to unlimited. Pricing depends on how often you receive packages.

Using Your Package Point Address

Here are some common questions about our company.

Yes. You can receive packages and mail from all major carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and more.

Absolutely. We receive and hold both letter mail and parcels for you, and you can pick them up together at your convenience.  

Yes. Our service is ideal for anyone who shops online and wants a safe, central pickup point for packages.  

To have your mail/packages delivered to Package Point, you must sign up for a subscription and obtain your unique P number. Once you have this number, you can redirect to our address and include your P number (typically in the suite or apt area) 

The first and last name on the item needs to match the first and last name on the Package Point Account.

You will need to add your Package Point number in the Secondary Address (Apt, Suite, Unit, or Building) line.

When checking out your online order, simply enter the following address

Your Package Point account number is a 4-digit numeric code that identifies your account.

The Package Point account number needs to be added to the secondary address field when shipping packages to Package Point.

Packages without an account number have the risk of not being accepted.


Yes. You’ll receive a real street address with a unique account number, making it easy for carriers and senders.  

You’ll receive instant notifications by email each time a package or letter arrives for you.  

Yes. We offer forwarding services for both mail and packages, with fees based on size and destination.

We hold packages on the Zero and Essential Plans for 7 days and on the Unlimited Plan for 14 Days at no extra charge. After that, storage fees of $ 1 per day per package may apply.   At this time, we have no plans to charge package storage fees.
