Package Point was created right here in Grande Prairie to solve a problem many people face every day, missed deliveries, stolen packages, and long shipping delays to rural addresses.
Instead of being part of a national franchise or corporate chain, Package Point was built from scratch by local owners who understood how people in the Peace Country actually receive their deliveries.
Our goal is simple: provide a secure, reliable place where individuals, families, and businesses can receive and ship packages without the stress of missed deliveries or porch theft.

Unlike many mailbox and shipping stores, Package Point is not a franchise.
That means our services, pricing, and membership options were designed specifically for the needs of Grande Prairie and the surrounding communities. We are able to adapt and improve our services based on what local customers actually need, not what a corporate head office decides.

Package Point is owned and operated by Blair and Rhonda Smith, local entrepreneurs who live and work in the Grande Prairie community. Together they built Package Point to provide a secure, reliable place for people to receive and ship packages without the frustration of missed deliveries or package theft.
With backgrounds in e-commerce, logistics, and client-focused service businesses, Blair and Rhonda designed Package Point to be a simple, practical solution for the way people in Northern Alberta live and work.
Rhonda Smith
Owner
Rhonda Smith is a long-time local entrepreneur and wellness practitioner. She owns and operates Align & Thrive Wellness, where she provides massage therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Rhonda also helps with the day-to-day operations at Package Point and brings a strong customer-focused approach to the business.
Blair Smith
Owner
Blair Smith is a local entrepreneur with experience in e-commerce, inventory management, and shipping logistics. With over 25 years of experience in the communications and two-way radio industry. In addition to Package Point, he also operates Convergent Radio, a two-way radio and communication solutions provider based out of the same location in downtown Grande Prairie.
